The design covers 16 floors and features 12 operating rooms, 46 pre-op and recovery rooms, an oxygen supply area, and all essential services. There are separate elevators for the public, operating rooms, and central sterile supply.

180K SQUARE FEET
The JRSC is a 180,000 sq. ft. steel and concrete slab building erected on spread footings that features MEPS built to N+1 redundancy standards. The exterior façade is a combination of two curtain wall systems; veiled glass with custom frit work and unitized terra cotta.
